Reservations
What does reserving mean?
Reserving holds a place for you in our first shipment from India. It’s free, and we don’t ask for a card.
When do I pay?
When your pieces reach the US we email you a link to confirm your order and pay. Until then you owe nothing.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Ignore the confirmation email and the reservation lapses, or write to us and we’ll remove it.
Is the price final?
Prices shown are our expected US retail. If a price changes before your piece arrives, you’ll see the final price before you pay.
Shipping & duties
Where do you deliver?
Everywhere in the contiguous United States at launch. Alaska, Hawaii and Canada will follow.
Who pays import duties?
We import in bulk and handle customs ourselves, so the price you confirm is the price you pay. No surprise fees at your door.
How are fragile pieces packed?
Glass jars, mirrors and brass are double-boxed. Textiles travel folded in tissue, in a cotton bag you can keep.
Our products
How do you know it’s authentic?
We buy at origin, from the makers themselves. Where a product carries a Geographical Indication tag, we buy only from inside that region.
Are food products FDA compliant?
Yes. Every food item we import goes through FDA registration and prior notice before it is sold.
Why are the photos marked illustrative?
Until our first shipment lands, some photos show the craft or place rather than the exact piece. Final product photos follow before you pay.
